The staff was very helpful. The hotel has its own parking (a great convenience). I found the location great and very convenient for accessing local attractions. The breakfast offered a good choice of foods.
The shower didn't work properly in my room. There was no hot water available. I think the hotel should address this issue.

The hotel's location proved convenient for exploring. It was close to the seafront and shops.
The room seemed stuck in the past. Cheap wood furniture and poor walls didn't help. the tv was old, and there was no iron. the room was too hot! the bathroom laminate flooring was lifting because of water, and the pillows offered little support.

the hotel has good parking that is secured at night. the bar staff are superb and work really hard, so nothing is too much for them. the bed was comfy and warm, important to me.
my room had some dust at the bottom of the curtains, i noticed this when i checked in.

Wonderful Stay!

The location was excellent. It allowed easy access to both the town and the seafront. The free parking very close by was also really useful. It saved me a lot of hassle. The breakfast offered a good choice. I especially enjoyed the hot options made with great produce.
The pillows were quite flat and uncomfortable! I think they really need replacing.

The hotel provided convenient undercover parking . There was a character lift, a lovely feature, that fitted the building's style. I noted it was nicely decorated without being over the top, for Christmas.

The room looked well-kept and tidy on arrival. The double bed provided was especially comfortable. Some minor maintenance regarding the tile work in the bathroom was required, but overall I was pleased.

Breakfast was excellent, the food was served hot. Good produce was used. There was plenty of choice. Lunch and dinner are available, served in stylish surroundings. I found it a pleasant surprise.
